End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

NextAura grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the NextAura software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Install and use NextAura on your personal devices
  • Use NextAura to automate workflows across your connected tools
  • Generate and deploy scaffolds for personal or commercial projects

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the software
  • Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the software as a standalone product

4. Data and Privacy

NextAura operates as a local-first application. Your credentials, tokens, and workflow data are stored locally on your device in your operating system's keychain. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Third-Party Services

NextAura integrates with third-party services (GitHub, Slack, Google, LinkedIn, Supabase, etc.) via OAuth. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextAura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
